TERMS OF SERVICE
1. ORDERS
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by us. Once we have received your order, we will send you an email acknowledging receipt of your order. This will be followed by confirmation that we can and will fulfil the order, whether the item is in stock and if it needs to be made to order how long that it will take, and when it will be ready to ship.
2. AGE RESTRICTIONS
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order with us. If you are under 18, we may cancel any order with you and will not be obliged to supply the goods.
3. PAYMENT METHODS
Payment for purchases of goods and/or services you make through the Site may only be made by debit or credit card using our payment facility or via PayPal.
4. DELIVERY
We will endeavour to dispatch your order as soon as possible after you place your order, and typically delivery will take 2-3 working days. For personalised and bespoke items, we will advise how long the item will take to produce and agree an estimated delivery date. Orders will be delivered by Royal Mail and are subject to its terms and conditions.
5. RETURNS
We hope that you will be delighted with your purchase but should you wish to return it, you must do so within 30 days of receiving it. Please get in touch with us - t.colecrafts@gmail.com - to let us know that you are returning the item and then post it back to us in its original packaging. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Postage and packing charges are non-refundable.

What we do with the information we have:
We use the information that you have given us in order to fulfil any orders that you place with us and to keep you up to date with news about T Cole Crafts and its products.
We will not share this information with any third parties.
How we store your information:
Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com's data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
Your information is securely stored on our premises and on secure servers within the European Economic Area.
We keep order information, i.e. contact details and items ordered for three years. We will then dispose your information by deleting electronic copies of the data. Paper copies will be held for five years and then destroyed using a confidential shredding service.
Where you have given us explicit consent so that we can email you news updates, we will retain personal contact information for two years and then delete the electronic copies of this information, unless you give renewed consent to our retaining it.
